SEED BLOCKAGE MONITORING
Seed blockages can occur due to various reasons, such as debris, foreign objects, or mechanical issues. When blockages happen, they can disrupt the even distribution of seeds, leading to skips or gaps in the planted rows, which can affect crop yield.

The Airsow air seeders feature an optical sensor to detect changes in seed flow, indicating a potential blockage. Once a blockage is detected, the system activates mechanisms such as air blasts, to clear the blockage and restore the seed flow.

By incorporating a seed blockage system, the Airsow air seeders can help improve planting efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure uniform seed distribution, leading to more productive and successful crop establishment.
