What Our Customers Say
Exactly what I was looking for
We bought the AIRSOW mainly for sowing cover crops and pasture mixes and it has been a great little machine. The thing I like most is how easy it is to change the seed roller and adjust the rate. We’ve used it for everything from clover and small seed mixes through to oats and ryegrass. Simple machine that just does the job.
Makes the odd jobs a lot easier
I’m not running a big cropping operation, so I didn’t want a massive seeder taking up room in the shed. The AIRSOW suits us really well. We’ve got it mounted on the rotary hoe and use it for pasture renovation and getting a bit of cover established around the place. Easy to set up and I can change the rates without spending half the day mucking around with it.
The multi-species roller is the game changer
We’re using the AIRSOW for multi-species cover crops and that was really the reason we bought it. Getting different sized seed to meter consistently has always been the frustrating part with other setups we’ve tried. The foam roller has made a big difference. It’s not a complicated machine, which I like, and once you’ve got the rate sorted it just keeps going.
It earns its keep
We’re a contracting business and use the AIRSOW on a few different machines depending on the job. The universal mount has been handy because we’re not limited to one implement. We’ve used it for pasture seeding, cover crops and some small areas that aren’t worth getting the big gear out for. It’s quick to move between machines and hasn’t given us any dramas.
Good bit of kit for the money
I bought an AIRSOW to run behind our earthmoving gear for rehabilitation work. We use it for grass seed and different revegetation mixes after finishing jobs. It’s compact enough that it doesn’t get in the way, but still gives us decent control over how much seed we’re putting out. For what we’re doing, it’s been a very useful attachment.
Simple is what I wanted
I’m not interested in spending all day setting up a seeder. The AIRSOW is pretty straightforward — fill it up, set the rate and get to work. We’ve used ours for pasture seed, oats and a few different cover crop mixes. The support from the guys when I wasn’t sure which roller I needed was also good. That sort of thing matters when you’re buying machinery.
